What Bugs Us?

It bugs Lawson when his dog licks him.

It bugs one of our friends when her brother won't let her rollerblade.

It bugs Brooklyn when her dog barks at the doorbell.

It bugs Paige when her sisters bug her when she is on the IPAD.

It bugs one classmate when  his brother sits on him!

It bugs Cody when he has to eat food he doesn't like. Here is his "I don't like list": avocado, mushrooms, etc. etc.

It bugs Evie when her sister gets the golf ball in the  hole but she doesn't.

Thank you to Lawson and his mom who let us get up close with the latest additions to their family. Now, these are cute chicks!

Some have wings- Tayte
They have 3 body parts- Casey
They are the head, thorax and abdomen- Benson
All insects have 6 legs- Paige
Their bones are on the outside of their body- Gabby
It is an exoskeleton- Lawson
Spiders are not insects- Keaton

Keaton wrote a chapter book about him and Benson. You could have heard a pin drop while he was sharing the story.

Math is cool and so is Cooper.

We worked very hard on number stories in math.

Here we are taking math timed tests just like first graders.
