| Today we had catch up day not ketchup day like the kids thought:) |

| We enjoyed celebrating Caden's summer birthday ( Aug. 6th) today with strawberry shortcake- yummy! Tomorrow is our Bark's party you may want to sunscreen your child in the morning for our big day of outdoor fun! |

| Our day had a sweet start as Mrs. Daiker brought us a special treat for all our great reading this year! |

| It got even sweeter when Jake ran to third base on sight words- AWESOME! |

| and .......CiCi ran to second base on sight words- Hooray! |

| Then it was bittersweet as we said goodbye to Mrs. Daiker. We thank her for helping us with reading. We are ready for first grade! |

| Our smiles came back with Madison's yummy birthday treat. Her birthday is not until July 17th but we will be off enjoying our summer. |
