| In math we worked on sorting by attributes. We came up with many ways to sort buttons- by color, shape, size, number of button holes and more. The time change had everyone a bit off today, esp. as the afternoon dragged on. Hopefully we will all adjust soon:) Wear red, white and blue for election day tomorrow! |

| We found out that it depends what kind of wood you are talking about. It can absorb, bead up and spread. On some woods water dried quick on other woods it took longer. It was cool using the eyedroppers- Landyn Cedar wood smells like Home Depot- Addison |

| The students were proud to show off their smarts taking a spelling test on our class sight words. I am so proud of them! 5 classmates were able to spell our challenge word- "look". Way to go! |
