Shorter day= BUSY DAY!!!!!!

Lunchtime is one of our favorite times of the day!

Food makes us smile and feeds our brains for all our learning!

With tummies full we are off to rest!

Miss Owen taught our Everyday math lesson today. It was about pattern block shapes.

The students identified shapes and counted the sides.

Did you know that rhombus is a fancy word for diamond? We also  identified trapezoids, hexagons, triangles and squares. Look for these shapes at home, while driving, etc. etc.

The best part of math was putting together blocks to make our own shape creations.

Look at Addison's beautiful flower!

This is a bulldog print. We earn them for super behavior in school.  We were so proud of Cody because he earned this one from the principal!!!!!!  Mr. Waller noticed him doing the right thing and waiting patiently for his classmates to begin the day. These paw prints can earn us extra recess, maybe even a party, but even more important we can be proud of ourselves and our class.  Way to go Cody!
