| Ms. Rose read us a story called, "Chickens Aren't The Only Ones" by Ruth Heller. We learned about oviparous ( egg hatching) animals. Chickens aren't the only ones, lots of animals hatch from eggs. |

| Chickens and butterflies are oviparous. Elephants and lions are not. Can you even imagine how big an elephant egg would be? |
