Abe Lincoln's Hat

Today we learned the true story of how Abe Lincoln kept important papers in his hat. He was a lawyer and he needed to keep his papers safe. We then wrote about what is important to us. Good readers make these connections between stories and their own lives..

This weeks Superstar Jake!  We learned Jake plays hockey, loves Buffalo Wild Wings and has a dog that looks just like Danny!
