| Today Mrs. Sackmaster would say a word and we had to write if it began with co or go ( short sound). She said words like gobble, cod, got and we knew them all! |

| Today we focused on community helpers with our very own Mr. Andy. He works at our school and is a fire chief. He told us many ways to be safe around fire. He also showed us all the gear he wears to keep himself safe! Mr. Andy went to Texas to help out after the hurricane. We are proud to know him. Thank you Mr. Andy! |
